Indian Pharmacopoeia Commission (IPC), an Autonomous Body, set up under
the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare has invited applications
for filling up the following post:
Name of Post: Senior Library & Information Assistant (Contractual)
Number of Post: 02 (Two)
Consolidated Salary: Rs. 30,000/- per month

Essential Qualifications:-
(i) Master’s Degree in any discipline preferably in Science of a recognized University/Institution.
(ii) Master’s Degree in Library & Information Science of a recognized University/Institution.
(iii) Minimum 03 years professional experience in reputed library/Institution.
Desirable Qualification:-
Diploma/Degree in computer application of a recognized University/ Institution.
Nature of duties:-
To
assist the work related to Maintenance of library and Information
Centre/ Circulation/Data Entry/ Acquisition/Journals’/Technical
Processing/Secretarial Work Compilation of CAS/SDI/ Reference Service,
technical writing, etc. and related correspondence thereto and any
other work assigned from time to time by the concerned officer.
