*Journal of Library Development (ISSN: 2395-518X) has successfully brought
out two issues of the first volume in 2015. Now the journal is planning to
bring out issues on content specific themes by polarizing on a theme
directing to development of Library and Library Science professionals and
adds value to library literature. *
*To be part of this exploration, a special issue of JLD (Volume 2, Issue 1
to be brought out in January 2016) will be dedicated to School Libraries as
the editorial team firmly believes that it will be a timely output of
relevance as school libraries are thriving very fast and important for
primary education. *
*In this direction, original contributions in the form of research
articles, case studies, short communications, are invited by the LIS
professionals on the theme “School Libraries”. The contributors are
informed to submit the softcopy of their article through email to

which will be considered for publication on merit of the article cum
